is located at 250 Seaton Street in the Old Cabbagetown area of Toronto.
On-street parking is available on my block. It is easily reached
using TTC by exiting the streetcar that runs along College and Carlton at the Sherbourne Street intersection (at the eastern end of Allan Gardens), then
walking 1 block south to Gerrard, then 1 block east (left) to Seaton, then
